Guidelines:
The guidelines are designed to allow as many golfers as possible to access the course each day in accordance with DHHS rulings.
Members will be restricted to a maximum of 36 holes per week to enable as many members as possible to access the course. The week is from Monday to Sunday.
- Attendance at the Club is permitted for members who have pre-booked a starting time ONLY.
- Play will be in groups of 4 with members permitted to book for themselves and three other members with their prior approval.
- Attendance at the Club is limited to those who live within 25 kilometres of the Club – in accordance with DHHS guidelines.
- There will be 18-hole and 9-hole golf bookings available each day.
- Tee-off intervals will vary from day-to-day as deemed appropriate in accordance with social distancing requirements.
- Hire carts are permitted – One person per cart unless you live with your playing partner (all carts will be disinfected after use). If there any changes to these regulations, we will advise cart users accordingly.
- Toilet facilities in the locker room and on the course will be open. Locker room facilities will not be accessible.
- Masks must be worn at all times.
- Gates will be closed for entry at 6:30pm.
- Access to the Short Game Practice Facility and Driving Range is limited to 30 minutes each, with a maximum of 6 persons allowed at each area at any one time. Bookings are essential and open at 12 noon on the day prior. Practice Nets and the Practice Putting Green are limited to those booked to play golf. Please remember to maintain social distancing at all times.
- If not booked for practice or seated in the clubhouse (see below), players are to remain in (or next to) their cars until close to their starting time – eg: 10 minutes prior. There is to be no congregating in the car park or anywhere else on the property.
- Flags are not to be removed from cups.
- Bunker rakes have been removed and members are required to level off bunkers with their feet or club. Preferred lies are permitted in bunkers within a club length.
- Members are to supply their own pull buggies.
- Each player to use the same sand bucket and take it with them after golf.
- All games are to be Stableford. Cards can be submitted for handicapping, which will occur after a second card is submitted if playing 9 holes. It is preferred that players use the Mi-Score App.
- No Board or Major events will be held until further notice.
- No guests are permitted to play.
- Clubhouse Open: for seated indoor and outdoor service (both food and/or drink): Maximum 10 people per group, seated 1.5m from other groups. For indoor space: open with a cap of 10 persons per indoor space, with a maximum of 20 patrons per venue indoors, subject to density requirements (1 per 4m2. For outdoor space: Open with cap of 50 patrons per venue outdoors subject to density requirements (1 per 2m2).
Members are reminded that they should not enter the Club grounds if they are feeling unwell.
Our staff do not have discretion to vary any of the guidelines set out in this communication, and we expect that members will not place them in an uncomfortable position by asking them to ‘bend the rules’.
Members who do not adhere to the required guidelines will have their timesheet privileges removed.

While we understand that there are many restrictions to adhere to, we do this in the best interest of everyone to achieve social distancing at all times to keep everyone safe. As always, we are grateful for the support of all the Members during these trying times.
