Please complete the following if booking for lunch only and/or bringing guests into the clubhouse:

Riversdale Golf Club Attendance Registration

1. Use your iphone or android camera and hover over the Club’s registration QR code above.
2. At the top of the screen click “Open surveymonkey.com in Safari” (this will direct you to a survey monkey link).
3. Fill in your First Name, Surname and Contact Phone Number. Guests to provide Member name.
4. Select “Done”
